DFW Area Compensation:

~$52,000 Base, up to or above $100,000 Per Year Hourly Pay + Commission + Sales Opportunities + Company Truck Dallas Drainage Pros is looking for a hard-working, motivated technician to run our drainage maintenance division. We work in outdoor landscape drainage (aka "French drains"), with a full-time maintenance crew.

This position would involve:

Cleaning and inspecting drainage pipe lines and catchment systems Maintaining, servicing and replacing sump pumps Making small spot repairs (which may involve digging), as well as Selling jobs (improvements, repairs and system replacements) for commission profit This is NOT an office job. This is a physically demanding outdoor position for someone who: Likes working with their hands Is comfortable getting dirty Can work long hours outdoors in Texas heat and winter weather Has plumbing or drain experience Can communicate confidently with homeowners Wants the opportunity to earn much more than a typical plumbing helper or apprentice •If you have plumbing experience but do not want to spend years pursuing master plumber licensing, this is an opportunity to earn excellent income without following the traditional plumbing-company path.•What You'll Be Doing Operating drain cleaning and hydro jetting equipment Running sewer camera inspections Diagnosing drainage and sewer issues Writing estimates on an iPad/phone app Talking with homeowners about repair options Selling drainage and repair work when problems are identifie Driving company vehicles and managing jobs with a helper or independently Working outdoors year-round in all weather conditions This role combines: Skilled trade work Customer service Technology Sales The right person can easily grow this into a six-figure position. REQUIRED

Plumbing, drain cleaning, sewer, irrigation, underground utility, or related field experience Fluent in BOTH English and Spanish Valid Texas driver's license with clean driving record Comfortable using smartphones, apps, and tablets Able to communicate professionally with customers Comfortable recommending and selling repair and improvement work Able to lift heavy equipment and work in trenches, mud, water, and extreme temperatures Willing to work overtime and long days during busy seasons Self-motivated and dependable

HUGE PLUS

Hydro jetting experience Experience with sewer cameras Drainage or Plumbing experience Sales experience Technologically confident Experience driving a pickup truck and pulling a trailer Compensation Starting pay: approximately $25/hour depending on experience Commission opportunities on sold work High performers (with sales) can easily earn $80,000-$100,000+ annually Company vehicle opportunities available for the right candidate Growth opportunity into management and operations
