In this vital role, you will ensure the cleanliness, safety, and overall maintenance of our immersive environments, creating a welcoming and pristine space for visitors to enjoy. Your proactive approach and attention to detail will help deliver seamless experiences that captivate and inspire audiences. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to cutting-edge projects while honing your skills in facilities maintenance and customer service. Duties Perform thorough cleaning and sanitation of all immersive experience areas using appropriate cleaning agents and equipment Handle janitorial tasks including trash removal, floor care, buffing, and floor buffing to maintain a spotless environment Operate cleaning machinery such as floor buffers and other custodial equipment safely and effectively Assist with heavy lifting and manual handling of furniture, props, or equipment to support setup and maintenance activities Follow strict safety protocols when handling chemical agents, ensuring proper storage, usage, and disposal in accordance with safety procedures Conduct routine inspections of facilities to identify maintenance needs or safety hazards and report issues promptly Support general facilities maintenance tasks including minor repairs, painting, and industrial cleaning as needed Qualifications Prior custodial or janitorial experience, preferably within commercial or industrial settings Knowledge of chemical handling safety procedures and sanitation standards Experience operating cleaning equipment such as floor buffers and other custodial tools Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while adhering to safe lifting practices Strong customer service skills with a proactive attitude towards maintaining a clean environment for visitors Familiarity with facilities maintenance tasks including basic repairs, painting, and industrial cleaning techniques Excellent attention to detail combined with a commitment to safety protocol adherence Join us in creating immersive experiences that inspire wonder!
