Position Summary We're seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Residential and Commercial Cleaning Technician to join our growing team. You'll play a key role in helping our clients feel proud of their homes by delivering professional, top-quality cleaning services every day. Responsibilities Perform general and deep cleaning in residential homes and commmercial buildings — including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, sanitizing kitchens, and cleaning bathrooms. Follow D5 Cleaning Solutions' standards, checklists, and safety protocols. Provide friendly, professional service and maintain positive relationships with clients. Report any maintenance issues, damages, or client requests to your supervisor. Work independently and as part of a team to meet daily schedules and expectations. Ensure proper use and care of cleaning supplies and equipment. Requirements Must have reliable transportation to travel to and from job sites. Must pass a background check (required before hiring). Previous professional cleaning experience preferred — training available for the right candidate. Strong attention to detail and pride in your work. Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and remain on your feet for several hours. Dependable, punctual, and trustworthy. Flexible availability for occasional weekend assignments.
