Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Residential Cleaner to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities Perform comprehensive cleaning of residential spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping floors, and surface sanitation to uphold high cleanliness standards. Implement cleaning and sanitation procedures using appropriate cleaning detergents and equipment to ensure hygienic environments. Communicate effectively with clients to understand specific cleaning needs and provide excellent customer service. Use proper janitorial and custodial techniques to ensure all areas are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized according to health standards. Experience Prior experience in residential cleaning or housekeeping management is preferred; familiarity with commercial cleaning is a plus. Knowledge of cleaning surfaces, dusting techniques, and sanitation practices essential for maintaining hygiene standards. Strong time management skills to complete assigned tasks efficiently within scheduled timeframes. Excellent client communication skills to ensure customer satisfaction and address specific requests confidently.

Pay:

$12.00 - $20.00 per hour
