NOLA Restaurant is looking for a dependable, hardworking Porter/Busser who thrives in a fast-paced restaurant environment. This position is an important part of keeping our restaurant clean, organized, stocked, and ready for service. We are looking for someone who moves with urgency, notices what needs to be done without always being told, and understands that supporting the team is essential to providing a great guest experience. What You'll Do Quickly clear, clean, sanitize, and reset tables between guests Maintain a clean and organized dining room throughout service Support servers, hosts, bartenders, and other team members as needed Keep service stations stocked and organized Remove dishes, glassware, trash, and debris promptly Assist with opening, closing, and cleaning responsibilities Help maintain clean floors, walkways, restrooms, and guest areas Communicate with team members and managers during busy service periods Anticipate what needs to be done and take initiative Follow all NOLA cleanliness, sanitation, safety, and service standards What We're Looking For Our ideal Porter/Busser is: Fast and efficient

Team members must be comfortable standing and walking for extended periods, bending, reaching, carrying restaurant supplies and dishes, and safely lifting items required to perform the position.
