Porters ensure vehicles are moved efficiently, parking areas are maintained, and the service area stays organized. Your enthusiasm and strong communication skills will help create a welcoming environment while supporting the overall operations of our service department Responsibilities Keep entire department in clean and orderly condition Use machinery to clean the shop floors daily. Empty trash cans throughout the day Maintain minor and routine painting, electrical and other maintenance activities using hand tools Move and park vehicles Drive the shuttle van We need someone who likes to stay busy and is not afraid of hard work every day. At times you will be responsible for cleaning and sanitizing the customer areas, bathrooms, and service shop. Other duties as assigned Qualifications Positive attitude, can-do mentality and eager to improve Previous janitorial and/or maintenance experience a plus Diligent work ethic and dedicated approach to performing duties Drive with care Valid non-suspended driver's license and clean driving record This position is a great entry level job where you can learn about the automotive industry, gain mechanical skills, and if interested move to a skilled entry LOF technician position with opportunities to advance even further Must be able to drive manual transmission vehicles. Duties Greet guests warmly and assist with vehicle arrivals and departures, ensuring a positive customer experience Safely move vehicles within the dealership lot, including parking, retrieving, and staging vehicles for service or delivery Maintain cleanliness and organization of the parking lot and service area to promote safety and efficiency Experience Previous experience in guest services or hospitality is highly valued Valid driver's license with manual transmission experience preferred; ability to operate vehicles safely in parking conditions Experience as a delivery driver or in dealership operations is a plus Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are an advantage for serving diverse guests Familiarity with cashiering, retail math, and cash handling procedures Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Prior dealership or retail experience enhances understanding of customer service expectations This role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to build their career in automotive services.
