Duties Perform comprehensive cleaning tasks including dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing surfaces to maintain cleanliness standards. Implement proper sanitation procedures for bathrooms, kitchens, and other high-touch areas to ensure hygiene and safety. Use appropriate cleaning equipment and detergents to clean floors, carpets, windows, furniture, and surfaces efficiently. Manage laundry duties such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens or uniforms as needed. Conduct outdoor cleaning tasks including trash removal, sweeping walkways, and maintaining outdoor areas for a tidy appearance. Follow manual handling protocols when lifting heavy objects or moving furniture to prevent injury. Communicate professionally with clients or team members to coordinate cleaning schedules and address specific requests or concerns. Qualifications Previous residential or commercial cleaning experience preferred, but willing to train the right candidate. Reliable transportation to travel to clients' homes. Valid driver's license (preferred). Authorized to work in the United States. Ability to pass a background check. Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work. Excellent time management and organizational skills. Dependable, punctual, and professional. Friendly attitude with strong customer service skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Comfortable using smartphones and mobile apps to view schedules, clock in/out, and communicate with the office.
