Monday - Friday | 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM Job Summary We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Porter to support daily cleaning, sanitation, and facility upkeep in both office and production environments. This role is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workplace, including common areas, restrooms, break rooms, and exterior building areas. Job Duties Clean and maintain building areas by emptying trash, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and wiping surfaces Properly use cleaning chemicals and solutions while following safety procedures and wearing required PPE Operate floor scrubber machines as needed Clean and maintain parking lots, walkways, hallways, and entryways Follow SOPs for trash removal, recycling, and production waste disposal Respond promptly to cleaning and sanitation requests or issues Water plants inside the facility according to schedule Clean and maintain MOVCD lab area per instructions Inspect, stock, and replenish supplies (soap, paper towels, toilet paper, utensils, coffee, etc.) in break rooms and restrooms Report unsafe conditions, damaged equipment, or defective materials to supervisor Support cross-training and assist in other duties as assigned Qualifications High School Diploma or GED preferred 6+ months of porter, janitorial, or custodial experience preferred Ability to read, write, and understand English Knowledge of basic cleaning and sanitation techniques Strong punctuality and attendance record Ability to multitask and work with minimal supervision Strong organization and time-management skills Referral Bonus Do you know someone looking for a job?
