Residential Cleaning Team Lead / Trainer TidyDillo The Colony, TX Job Details Part-time $18 - $24 an hour 12 hours ago Benefits Paid training Qualifications Bilingual Spanish Flexible scheduling English Driver's License Team training Cleaning Full Job Description Residential Cleaning Team Lead / Trainer TidyDillo is hiring an experienced residential cleaner who can help lead jobs and train new cleaners. This role is best for someone who already knows how to clean professionally, has strong attention to detail, and can help newer cleaners follow a checklist and meet quality standards.
Pay:
$18-$24/hr depending on experience
Schedule:
Part-time to start, weekends, approximately 10-25 hours/week. Once training is completed, you can do weekdays and occasional Saturdays and can move to full time.
Location:
Lewisville, TX and nearby DFW suburbs
Training Pay:
$15/hr
Responsibilities:
Lead residential cleaning jobs Train new cleaners on company process and quality standards Clean kitchens, bathrooms, floors, surfaces, and detailed areas Check work before leaving the home Communicate with the office about job notes or issues Help create a consistent customer experience
Requirements:
Residential cleaning experience preferred Reliable transportation Smartphone Strong attention to detail Good communication Able to work independently and with a small team

Part-time Pay:
$18.00 - $24.00 per hour Application Question(s): Are you available for initial training on weekends? Please list which weekend days/times usually work for you. After training, are you available Monday-Friday during daytime hours? Are you available to work some Saturdays when needed? Do you have reliable transportation to drive to homes in Lewisville and nearby DFW areas? What areas of cleaning are you strongest in?
