What they do
A Janitor or Cleaner provides cleaning and basic maintenance in buildings such as schools, offices, stores, hospitals or hotels. Cleans and polishes floors, removes trash, vacuums carpets, washes windows, cleans bathrooms, stocks building supplies such as light bulbs and paper towels and performs minor repairs as needed. Holds keys for rooms and building entrances and locks or unlocks them as needed.

In this vital role, you will be responsible for preparing and maintaining residential units to ensure they meet quality standards before new residents move in. Your energetic approach and commitment to excellence will help create a welcoming environment for residents and support the overall operations of our facility. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in maintenance, repair, and customer service while contributing to a positive living experience. Duties Perform comprehensive cleaning, painting, and minor repairs to prepare units for new residents, ensuring all work meets company standards. Valet waste duties. Replace AC Filters. Perform Light inspections. Trash outs from move outs. Daily pool duties. Skills Read and write English. Light electrical a plus.
