Duties Perform comprehensive cleaning, painting, and minor repairs to prepare units for new residents, ensuring all work meets company standards. Valet waste duties. Replace AC Filters. Perform Light inspections. Trash outs from move outs. Daily pool duties. Skills Read and write English. Light electrical a plus.
