Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a respectful and detail-oriented Construction Cleaning Specialist to join our team. MUST have valid Texas drivers license and clean driving record. Experience pulling bumper pull trailers a preference but not mandatory. We clean residential and commercial new construction in Victoria and the surrounding areas. We are an all phase construction clean up business. We clean a project from start to finish in construction process if requested. Must be able to all aspects of job. Duties Rough Cleaning which involves cleaning up debris from project such as framing and Sheetrock and putting it in trailers. Then dumping trailer at landfill and returning it to project. Final Cleans which involves cleaning every aspect of the project in great detail before project is handed over to buyer. Requirements Ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness standards Physical ability to perform repetitive tasks including bending, lifting (up to 25 pounds), climbing up and down ladders and standing for extended periods Good communication skills and reliability Prior experience in cleaning or custodial services is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided Must be punctual, dependable,and able to work safety at all times
