Bee Clean Exterior Services - Victoria, TX Bee Clean Exterior Services is looking for a dependable, hardworking Window Cleaning Technician to join our team. We provide professional residential and commercial exterior cleaning services throughout the Victoria area. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, listens to instructions, pays attention to details, and is willing to learn our processes. Previous window cleaning experience is helpful, but we are willing to train the right person. Job Responsibilities Professionally clean residential and commercial windows Perform traditional window cleaning using squeegees, mops, and detailing tools Use water-fed pole and pure-water systems Remove, clean, and properly reinstall window screens Perform interior and exterior window cleaning Safely use ladders and extension poles Protect customers' homes, landscaping, furniture, and property Properly organize and care for equipment Follow company procedures and job-site instructions Keep trucks and equipment clean and organized Assist with other exterior cleaning services when needed Communicate professionally with customers and coworkers What We're Looking For The right person should be: Dependable and on time Able to listen to and follow instructions Willing to take notes and learn company procedures Detail-oriented Able to work efficiently without sacrificing quality Comfortable asking questions when unsure Able to work independently after training Respectful of customers and their property Able to work outdoors in South Texas weather Comfortable working from ladders Able to perform physical work throughout the day Able to lift approximately 50 lbs. Able to maintain a professional appearance and attitude Experience Window cleaning experience is preferred but not required . Experience with any of the following is a plus: Traditional squeegee window cleaning Water-fed poles RO/DI pure-water systems Screen cleaning Ladder work Pressure washing Soft washing Exterior cleaning What Matters Most to Us We can teach someone how to clean windows. What we're looking for is someone who is reliable, coachable, and willing to learn . When you're shown how something should be done, we expect you to follow that process. If you don't understand something, we want you to ask. If there are several things to remember, we expect you to take notes. Quality is important, but so are efficiency and continuous improvement. Our goal is to develop technicians who can complete jobs correctly, safely, and efficiently without needing constant supervision. Schedule Primarily Monday-Friday Daytime hours Start and finish times may vary depending on the day's jobs Occasional additional hours may be available Pay Starting pay: $20/hour. + tips + bonus based on performance Pay increases are based on experience, performance, reliability, quality of work, efficiency, and ability to work independently. There are also opportunities to earn additional compensation for generating sales.
