We are seeking an individual for a residential cleaning position. During your 2 weeks of training, you'll be paid $13/hr. plus mileage compensation. Following training, your average hourly rate will increase as percentage pay will take the place of hourly pay and you become accustomed to the jobs. Typical pay averages between $13

• 16/hr. This position can lead into Full-Time, if desired. We currently have work beginning between 7am start time and ending around 2-3pm Monday
• Friday.

Weekends off! Your own transportation, vehicle insurance along with a valid driver's license will be needed to drive yourself from job to job. • Perform residential/commercial cleaning tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
• Provide exceptional customer service while addressing client needs and requests.
• Utilize floor care techniques to maintain cleanliness and appearance.
• Ensure proper sanitation practices are followed throughout the cleaning process.
• Possess a valid driver's license to travel between residential locations efficiently. Qualifications
• Core skills in cleaning, customer service, residential cleaning, commercial cleaning, floor care, and sanitation
• Ability to drive with a valid driver's license
• Previous residential/commercial cleaning experience is a plus
