Mop Heads Cleaning Service is hiring 1-2 dependable, caring team members. We're looking for someone with a servant's heart who enjoys helping others and takes pride in caring for their homes. Our ideal candidate is eager to work, takes initiative, and willingly helps teammates. Cleaning experience is welcome, but we provide paid training and are happy to teach someone with the right attitude and work ethic. Responsibilities Clean homes, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and cleaning bathrooms. Follow company checklists and client instructions while paying attention to detail. Use cleaning supplies and equipment properly and handle clients' belongings with care. Work efficiently, support teammates, and communicate professionally. Arrive on time and ready to work. Schedule Must be available Monday-Friday between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM. Start with 2-3 days per week. Opportunity to move into full-time work if desired. Requirements Valid driver's license. No criminal record; background check required. Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic. Ability to follow instructions, stay on task, and take initiative. Ability to perform active cleaning work, including standing, bending, and reaching. A caring attitude and willingness to learn.
