JOB SUMMARRY I GENERAL DESCRIPTION

This position is responsible for overall warehouse sanitation duties and housekeeping in front office. Teammate also responsible for landscaping maintenance around facility.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS I PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

Other duties may be assigned. A teammate in this position must maintain the cleanliness of the warehouse and follow prescribed sanitation schedule. Conduct daily housekeeping routine and perform "deep" cleaning as warranted. Monitor and report any deficiencies throughout the facility and maintain a monthly log of events. Keep restrooms, kitchens and break-rooms sanitized and supplied. Maintain a quality of work that keeps the warehouse in condition to pass any regulatory agency inspection. . Comply effectively with company work and safety rules. Follow directions and work independently with a focus on team environment. Be trained and pre-certified to operate any necessary equipment to perform the job safely. Possess the ability to be flexible in work/shift scheduling to meet operational needs. Must be able to work in non-climate controlled environment. Stand, walk, bend, stoop, push, pull, grasp, lift (up to 30 lbs.) and reach above head occasionally throughout the shift. Must be able to operate power equipment as needed for job duties(scrubber, baler,tugger).

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

A teammate in this position must be 18 years of age or older, preferred to have High School Diploma or GED possess the necessary education to effectively use basic math and reading skills. Be able to speak, read and understand the English language. Be able to successfully pass a physical capabilities test, drug screen and criminal background check.

WORKING CONDITIONS

The environment potentially encompasses all areas of the Distribution Center. Material movement takes place throughout the facility. This position requires the teammate to work inside the majority of the time. The teammate may be required to work in hot or cold temperature extremes, exposure to dirt, dust, fumes, noise, potentially harmful chemicals, solvents and components, and working in close proximity to other teammates. Closed-toe shoes must be worn at all times.
