Duties Perform thorough cleaning of warehouse floors, including sweeping, mopping, buffing, and polishing to ensure a spotless environment. Maintain cleanliness of work areas, restrooms, break rooms, and common spaces through routine custodial tasks. Handle industrial cleaning tasks such as removing debris, cleaning equipment, and disinfecting surfaces to uphold safety standards. Assist with facilities maintenance tasks like changing light bulbs, repairing minor fixtures, and reporting larger repairs needed. Use commercial cleaning tools and supplies efficiently while adhering to safety protocols. Skills Proven experience in cleaning or janitorial work within warehouse or industrial settings. Ability to operate cleaning equipment such as buffers, floor scrubbers, and vacuum cleaners safely and effectively. Familiarity with facilities maintenance tasks like minor repairs and equipment upkeep. Excellent attention to detail with a proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness standards. Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Physical stamina to perform manual tasks including lifting, bending, standing for extended periods, and climbing ladders when necessary.
