Cleaning Experience is NOT necessary - we will train the right candidate. The current position we are looking to fill is a full-time position that will take care of our recurring residential Clients.

Have a phone with a data plan & texting & calling capabilities. Have the ability to perform tasks associated with cleaning, including but not limited to: standing up to 8 hours, walking up and down stairs, bending, kneeling, and lifting 25 pounds.

Schedule:

We are seeking candidates who are available Monday through Friday 8-5 with the average work shift of 6 hours per day depending on sizes of homes you will be cleaning.

Pay:

All Cleaning Technicians start at $15.50 per hour. All Cleaning Technician's are increased to $16.00 within 3 months, as long as there are no performance or attendance concerns. Yearly raises are also provided which coincide with your work-anniversary and performance evaluations. The amount you receive is based on performance and attendance. Top pay for our Cleaning Technician's is $22.00. Paid every other Friday, via direct deposit. Travel pay - see travel below.

Service Area & Travel:

Travel is expected. You will travel from your residence to your job site each day. Our service range is 30 miles but average travel time between jobs is 8 to 10 miles. We will travel further if a client is willing to pay a higher travel fee. Most of our clients are within Wichita Falls city limits. You are required to travel. You are paid drive time. Gas mileage reimbursement is calculated each day by how many miles you drive from your residence to the first job until the end of shift at the last job site. This is to help offset the cost of gas you are putting into your vehicle and then the wear and tear on your vehicle as well. Mileage reimbursement is .70 per mile.
