Responsibilities Perform exterior and interior window cleaning on high-rise buildings using traditional squeegee methods, rope access techniques, and poles. Operate specialized cleaning equipment for window cleaning. Follow strict safety protocols during all operations, adhering to industry standards for high-rise building maintenance. Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding service expectations and addressing any concerns professionally. Maintain cleanliness of work areas and properly handle all cleaning supplies, tools, and equipment to ensure efficiency and safety. Requirements Proven experience in outdoor cleaning environments with a focus on window cleaning or janitorial/custodial work preferred but not required. Knowledge of traditional squeegee window cleaning methods along with modern techniques preferred but not required. Experience working at heights on high-rise buildings with a strong commitment to safety protocol adherence preferred but not required. Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting, climbing, balancing, and working in various weather conditions.
