Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead Window Cleaning Technician to oversee and execute high-quality window cleaning services for commercial properties. In this role, you will lead a team of technicians, ensure safety protocols are followed, and deliver exceptional results that enhance the appearance and maintenance of our clients' buildings. Your expertise in cleaning techniques, equipment operation, and team leadership will drive the success of our window cleaning projects. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your leadership skills while maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and professionalism. Responsibilities Lead and supervise a team of window cleaning technicians, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure efficient operations Perform detailed window cleaning tasks using appropriate tools and techniques, including squeegees, scrapers, poles, water fed system, and high rise equipment. Conduct thorough inspections of work sites to identify safety hazards and ensure compliance with safety regulations Coordinate scheduling and logistics for multiple projects, ensuring timely completion of services Maintain all cleaning equipment and supplies, ensuring they are in good working condition for optimal performance Uphold high standards of quality control by inspecting completed work and addressing any issues promptly Qualifications Proven experience in commercial cleaning Prior experience leading or supervising a team in a cleaning or maintenance environment is preferred Skilled in various cleaning techniques and familiar with the use of professional cleaning tools and products Ability to rappel in a harness and clean windows safely and confidently at heights Strong understanding of safety protocols related to working at heights and operating equipment in commercial settings Excellent communication skills with the ability to train and motivate team members effectively Physical stamina to perform demanding tasks including lifting, climbing, and working at elevated heights Join us as a Lead Window Cleaning Technician and be part of a dedicated team committed to delivering spotless windows that brighten our clients' buildings! Pay:
$18.00 - $26.00 per hour
