Job Description

Lead Custodian - Join Verde Clean At Verde Clean , we're on a mission to create clean, safe, and sustainable spaces where people work, learn, and thrive. As a Lead Custodian , you'll help keep our facilities spotless while supporting a company that values the environment, community, and your personal growth. About Verde Founded in 2019 and proudly minority-owned, Verde Clean delivers eco-friendly facility services with a strong focus on sustainability , safety , and social impact . From schools to offices, we help people across the U.S. live and work in healthier environments - and we give back through paid volunteer time and community engagement.
Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 1:30pm to 10pm
Schedule:
Tuesday to Saturday, 1:30pm to 9:30pm
Pay:
$18.50 per hour What You'll Do As a Lead Custodian, you'll ensure that facilities are clean, safe, and welcoming for all.
Daily Cleaning :
Sweep, mop, vacuum, and disinfect floors, surfaces, restrooms, and more.
Restock & Refill :
Keep restrooms and supply areas stocked with paper goods, soap, and sanitizers.
Monitor Safety :
Identify and report hazards to ensure a secure environment. Support the

What We're Looking For Experience :
1+ year in janitorial or custodial work preferred. Leadership experience a plus.
Education :
High school diploma or equivalent.
Skills :
Know your way around cleaning tools and safety procedures. Must be reliable, detail-oriented, and a team player.
Physical Requirements :
