Responsibilities:

Cleaning and Maintenance:

Daily cleaning tasks and restroom maintenance

Floor Care:

Clean and care for different types of flooring in the building

Security and Safety:

Monitor the building for any security concerns and report any suspicious activities, as well as be familiar with emergency procedures and evacuation plans

Exterior Maintenance:

Groundskeeping Supply Management:

Monitor and manage cleaning supplies and replenish as needed

Communication:

Report any maintenance issues to appropriate personnel and address any other building needs

Special Events:

Assist with events held in the building by providing support, including setup and cleanup

Flexibility:

Be flexible to handle unexpected situations and adjust schedules/tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent. Previous custodial or janitorial experience preferred, but not required. Ability to operate cleaning equipment (e.g., vacuum, floor buffers, etc.). Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently. Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team. Physical ability to lift and move items, bend, kneel, and stand for long periods. Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies is a plus. Reliability and punctuality are essential. Great work ethic
