Start date:

October to November 2026 Duties Operate pressure washing equipment, including high-pressure hoses and industrial cleaning tools, to remove dirt, grime, mold, and other buildup from building exteriors, sidewalks, and parking lots Use ladders safely to access high or hard-to-reach areas for cleaning windows, gutters, or building facades Handle hand tools such as scrapers, brushes, and squeegees for detailed cleaning tasks Apply personal protective equipment (PPE) such as gloves, goggles, and respirators to ensure safety during all cleaning operations Perform manual handling of heavy equipment and materials while adhering to proper lifting techniques to prevent injury Conduct duct cleaning and floor buffing as part of comprehensive exterior maintenance services Use fire extinguishers appropriately in case of emergencies and follow strict safety protocols at all times Qualifications Experience with outdoor work environments or industrial cleaning is preferred but not required; we provide paid training to develop your skills Ability to safely use ladders and operate pressure washing equipment with confidence Familiarity with hand tools and cleaning equipment is a plus Strong understanding of safety protocols related to industrial cleaning and manual handling procedures Excellent customer service skills to interact professionally with clients during service visits Ability to perform heavy lifting and manual tasks safely throughout the workday Knowledge of duct cleaning, floor buffing, or fire extinguisher use is advantageous but not mandatory Commitment to following safety guidelines and maintaining a clean work environment Embark on a career that keeps outdoor spaces pristine while developing valuable skills in industrial cleaning techniques! The job Sheen Exterior Co. is a commercial exterior-cleaning company launching in Utah County. We pressure-wash and soft-wash commercial properties — building exteriors, parking lots, sidewalks, drive-thrus, dumpster pads, storefronts, and dealership lots — for property managers, HOA boards, and business owners on recurring maintenance contracts.

You will:

Run hot-water pressure-washing equipment and surface cleaners on concrete, buildings, and flatwork Mix and apply cleaning solutions safely, then rinse to a finish the customer notices Drive and maintain the company box truck Follow our written process on every job: safety setup, before-and-after photos, containment, cleanup Control the jobsite — cones, wet-floor signs, and never letting wash water reach a storm drain Represent Sheen on other people's property, which means a clean truck, clean work, and a straight answer when someone asks you a question What we are actually looking for No pressure-washing experience required. We train you completely.

What we cannot train:

You show up. On time, every scheduled day. This matters more than everything below it combined. You can be taught. We have a process. It works. We need someone who will run it our way for the first year before deciding they know better. You do the unglamorous part without being asked. In year one there are no titles here. The owner runs equipment, coils hose, and scrubs dumpster pads alongside you. If you need a title to feel respected, this is the wrong job. If you would rather be trusted than titled, keep reading. You take pride in the finished result. The gap between "wet" and "clean" is the entire business.

Also required:

Valid driver's license and a clean driving record — you will be driving our truck Able to lift about 50 lbs, stay on your feet all day, work outdoors in Utah heat and cold, and work safely from a ladder Able to pass a background check and drug screen A smartphone for job photos and scheduling Helpful but not required: any background in landscaping, construction, auto detailing, janitorial, warehouse, or equipment operation. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus. If you have none of it and you are dependable, apply anyway. That is who we hired this role for. Full safety training:

high-pressure equipment, chemical handling, ladder safety, jobsite control. Trained personally by the owner , not handed to whoever is free. Where this goes Honest version, because you should be able to judge it yourself. We are launching with one truck and one technician. Our plan adds a second truck and crew, and a third after that, as the contract base grows. When truck two goes on the road, the crew lead running it is the person who has been here, done the work well, and can train the next hire. That is a plan, not a guarantee, and we are not going to pretend otherwise in a job ad.

What we will commit to:

the raise schedule above is guaranteed regardless of how fast we grow , and if we do grow, the person who was here first gets first look at the lead role.
