A Janitor or Cleaner provides cleaning and basic maintenance in buildings such as schools, offices, stores, hospitals or hotels. Cleans and polishes floors, removes trash, vacuums carpets, washes windows, cleans bathrooms, stocks building supplies such as light bulbs and paper towels and performs minor repairs as needed. Holds keys for rooms and building entrances and locks or unlocks them as needed.

Someone who will go and drop flyers on days that we are not that busy and help grow this company. On days when we are cleaning, they will make sure the job is done correctly before leaving and can train other employees to do the same. Someone who can get onto a military base, as we do a lot of work on Hill Air Force Base. Someone who has experience with construction cleaning and can lead from the front, clean and keep others on task, to make sure that they are also cleaning. Duties Drive the company van to the Jobs daily. Talk to the client to make sure we are doing what they want us to do. Check the work of the team to make sure the houses are being cleaned correctly. Cleaning side by side with the team. keeping the van clean and organized so that the team has what they need to do their jobs. Qualifications Must have a driver's license. Must be able to get onto a military base.
