Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Residential Window Cleaning Technician, where your energetic approach and attention to detail will brighten up homes and enhance curb appeal! In this role, you will be responsible for providing top-quality window cleaning services for residential properties, ensuring sparkling results that leave clients delighted. Your enthusiasm and commitment to safety will drive your success as you work with various cleaning tools and equipment, including water fed poles and traditional cleaning supplies. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in commercial cleaning techniques while delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced environment. Duties Perform thorough exterior and interior window cleaning on residential buildings using appropriate tools and techniques Operate specialized equipment such as scissor lifts safely to access high or hard-to-reach windows Use professional cleaning solutions, squeegees, scrubbers, and cloths to achieve streak-free, crystal-clear results Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring all equipment is stored properly after use Follow safety protocols diligently to prevent accidents while working at heights or with equipment Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific needs and ensure satisfaction Assist with minor janitorial or custodial tasks around the property as needed to support overall cleanliness Requirements Prior experience in cleaning, janitorial work, custodial services, or related fields preferred Strong attention to detail with a focus on delivering high-quality results Physical stamina to stand, climb, lift, and work at heights throughout the day Knowledge of commercial/ residential cleaning practices is a plus but not mandatory; training will be provided Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude toward customer service Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are preferred for travel between job sites Join us in creating sparkling homes with vibrant energy!
