The ideal candidate will have experience in commercoal/residential cleaning and custodial services, with a strong focus on safety and quality. As a Window Cleaner, you will be responsible for ensuring that windows are spotless and presentable, contributing to the overall aesthetic of our clients' properties. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of windows for Residential homes Utilize appropriate cleaning solutions and equipment to achieve optimal results. comfortable on roofs and ladders Inspect windows for damage or wear, reporting any issues to management promptly. Maintain cleanliness and organization of equipment and work areas. Ensure customer satisfaction Requirement previous experience preferred but not required Interact with and communicate with customers effectively Ability to safely use a ladder Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality work. Excellent time management skills with the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Physical stamina and strength to perform tasks that may involve lifting, climbing, or standing for extended periods. A valid driver's license is required for transportation to job sites.
