Responsibilities Communicate with office manager and clients Lead job sites and ensure high-quality work Identify and offer add-on services and service agreements Collect payments when required Maintain equipment and company vehicle Requirements Comfortable working outdoors in a physically demanding role Comfortable working on ladders and at heights Strong communication and leadership skills Valid driver's license (required) Must pass a background check Preferred Qualifications Previous window cleaning experience Experience working at heights Rappelling experience!
