Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Window Cleaner, where your energetic approach and attention to detail will brighten up buildings and enhance the appearance of commercial and residential properties. In this role, you will be responsible for cleaning a variety of windows, including storefronts, homes , commercial buildings, and interior glass surfaces. Your expertise in using specialized equipment and safety protocols will ensure spotless results while maintaining a safe working environment. Responsibilities Perform window cleaning, ensuring clear visibility and a polished appearance using traditional squeegee methods and modern cleaning equipment. Utilize hard-to-reach window cleaning projects safely and efficiently. Operate, ladders, and other access equipment to reach elevated windows, adhering strictly to safety protocols. Clean interior windows, providing streak-free finishes with attention to detail Maintain cleaning equipment, including brushes, squeegees, poles, and safety gear, ensuring they are in optimal condition for each job. Deliver excellent customer service by communicating professionally with clients about project scope and completion times. Requirements Proven experience in window cleaning, including storefronts, residential windows, commercial buildings is preferred Skilled in the use of traditional squeegee techniques as well as modern cleaning tools like pressure washers and telescoping poles. Comfortable working at heights using ladders, with strict adherence to safety protocols. Ability to operate 28ft & 24ft ladder within 1 week. Excellent attention to detail when performing interior and exterior window cleaning tasks. Good physical stamina for outdoor work in various weather conditions; previous outdoor work experience is preferred. Customer service skills with a professional attitude when interacting with clients during project execution.
