Job Overview Join our dynamic team as a Part Time Evening Cleaning Technician and play a vital role in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our facilities. You will be responsible for performing thorough cleaning tasks during evening hours, ensuring that our spaces are spotless and well-maintained for staff, visitors, and clients alike. Your attention to detail and proactive approach will contribute significantly to the overall appearance and hygiene of our facilities. Duties Perform comprehensive cleaning of offices, restrooms, hallways, and common areas using appropriate cleaning tools and supplies Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors to maintain a pristine appearance, including floor care procedures such as buffing when necessary Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste following proper procedures to ensure sanitary conditions Clean windows, glass surfaces, and fixtures to enhance visibility and aesthetic appeal Conduct routine custodial tasks such as dusting, sanitizing high-touch surfaces, and restocking supplies in bathrooms and break rooms Use industrial cleaning equipment for specialized tasks like carpet cleaning or floor stripping when required Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to ensure a safe environment for all occupants Qualifications Proven janitorial or custodial experience in commercial or residential settings preferred Knowledge of cleaning techniques including floor care and industrial cleaning methods Strong attention to detail with the ability to work efficiently independently during evening hours Ability to follow safety protocols and handle cleaning chemicals responsibly Prior maintenance experience is advantageous but not mandatory Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and perform cleaning duties throughout the shift Embark on this rewarding role where your skills directly contribute to creating a clean and inviting environment!
