Duties Perform routine cleaning of offices, restrooms, hallways, and common areas using appropriate cleaning equipment and supplies Handle chemical agents safely, following all chemical handling safety procedures to prevent accidents or contamination Operate floor buffers, scrubbers, and other custodial equipment to maintain floors in excellent condition Conduct heavy lifting and manual handling tasks for moving furniture, supplies, or equipment in accordance with safe lifting practices Ensure proper sanitation by disinfecting surfaces, trash removal, and replenishing supplies such as paper towels and soap Follow safety protocols consistently to maintain a secure working environment for yourself and others Assist with basic facilities maintenance tasks including minor repairs or reporting issues that require specialized attention Skills Proven experience in cleaning or janitorial roles within commercial or industrial settings Strong knowledge of custodial practices, floor care techniques, and sanitation standards Ability to handle cleaning chemicals safely and adhere to chemical handling safety procedures Skilled in operating cleaning equipment such as floor buffers, vacuums, and carpet cleaners Excellent manual handling skills with an understanding of safe lifting practices for heavy objects Customer service orientation with the ability to interact professionally with staff and visitors when needed Familiarity with facilities maintenance tasks including basic repairs or troubleshooting issues Join our team to help us uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and safety!
