Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Residential Cleaner to join our dynamic team. Duties Perform comprehensive residential cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface cleaning to ensure homes are spotless and hygienic Implement cleaning and sanitation procedures using appropriate cleaning detergents and equipment to maintain health standards Clean floors thoroughly, including carpet cleaning and floor care, utilizing suitable tools and techniques for different surfaces Handle laundry duties such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing clothing and linens with care and efficiency Maintain cleanliness of all surfaces, appliances, bathrooms, kitchens, and outdoor areas as required Use manual handling techniques safely when lifting heavy furniture or equipment to prevent injury Communicate effectively with clients to understand specific cleaning needs and provide excellent customer service while respecting their privacy and preferences Experience Prior experience in residential cleaning or housekeeping is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate Familiarity with janitorial or custodial procedures, including sanitation standards and equipment usage Hands-on experience with cleaning equipment such as vacuums, carpet cleaners, mops, buffers, and other floor care tools Knowledge of cleaning surfaces including wood, tile, glass, upholstery, and outdoor areas is advantageous Ability to manage time efficiently to complete assigned tasks within scheduled periods while maintaining high-quality standards Experience in outdoor work environments or outdoor cleaning tasks is a plus Strong communication skills for client interaction and team collaboration Join us if you're passionate about creating clean, welcoming homes!
