Cleaning Technician - Part-Time | Cedar Bluff, VA SWVA Cleaning Services LLC is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Cleaning Technician to join our team serving a client location in Cedar Bluff, VA. Your attention to detail and proactive approach will ensure spaces are sanitized, organized, and inviting for all occupants and visitors.

Position Details:

Part-Time | Evenings 2 days per week Approximately 6-9 hours per week

Responsibilities:

Perform general cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and sanitizing Clean restrooms, common areas, and other assigned spaces Follow site-specific cleaning checklists and procedures Maintain cleanliness of floors through specialized techniques such as buffing, waxing, or carpet cleaning Ensure all sanitation standards are met by properly disinfecting bathrooms, kitchens, and high-touch areas Handle laundry duties as needed, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens Manage janitorial tasks such as trash removal, restocking supplies, and maintaining cleaning equipment in excellent condition Provide friendly, professional service by addressing client needs and ensuring satisfaction with the cleanliness of their environment Report any maintenance issues or supply needs promptly Follow all safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment for yourself and others Maintain a professional appearance and conduct at all times

Skills & Qualifications:

Knowledge of cleaning techniques including floor care and carpet cleaning methods Familiarity with sanitation standards and janitorial best practices Strong communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with clients and team members Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, standing for extended periods, and operating cleaning equipment safely Prior commercial or janitorial cleaning experience is a plus — but we will train the right person Must have reliable transportation to
