A Janitor or Cleaner provides cleaning and basic maintenance in buildings such as schools, offices, stores, hospitals or hotels. Cleans and polishes floors, removes trash, vacuums carpets, washes windows, cleans bathrooms, stocks building supplies such as light bulbs and paper towels and performs minor repairs as needed. Holds keys for rooms and building entrances and locks or unlocks them as needed.

Clean fueling areas, parking lot, and interior spaces. Perform basic maintenance and repairs. Maintain car wash and vacuum systems readiness. Pick up trash and keep the property looking great. Stock coolers and assist with deliveries. Provide friendly customer interactions when needed. Report maintenance issues to store leadership. What we're looking for High school diploma or GED (or able to complete our employer-paid GED program). Must be eligible to work in the US (Wills Group participates in E-Verify) Must be 18 years of age or older 6 months of customer service or maintenance experience. Comfort using basic tools such as power washers and sprayers. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stay active throughout shifts. Willingness to work outdoors in all seasons.
