Job Summary Join our dynamic cleaning team as a General Cleaning Crew member! In this energetic role, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment across various facilities. Your proactive approach and attention to detail will ensure that all spaces—whether commercial, residential, or industrial—are spotless and well-maintained. This position offers an opportunity to develop valuable custodial skills while contributing to the comfort and safety of our clients and team members. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of floors, restrooms, offices, and common areas using appropriate cleaning tools and techniques Handle janitorial duties such as trash removal, dusting, sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces Conduct floor care activities including buffing, polishing, and applying protective coatings to maintain a professional appearance Assist with custodial tasks in both commercial and residential settings to ensure high standards of cleanliness Support facilities maintenance tasks such as light repairs, minor painting touch-ups, and equipment upkeep when needed Follow safety protocols during all cleaning procedures to prevent accidents and ensure compliance with health standards Maintain cleaning supplies inventory and report needs for restocking or repairs Requirements Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial work, custodial services or related fields is preferred Knowledge of floor care techniques including buffing and polishing is highly desirable Familiarity with commercial cleaning practices and industrial cleaning procedures Ability to operate cleaning equipment such as floor buffers, vacuums, and pressure washers safely and effectively Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills Ability to work independently or as part of a team in fast-paced environments Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift heavy objects, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift Join us in creating pristine environments that make a positive impact every day!
