Position Overview This opportunity is ideal for an experienced commercial cleaner looking for consistent, recurring work with professional clients. Assignments may include office buildings, medical and professional offices, corporate facilities, and other commercial properties. Service schedules will vary by account, with many recurring assignments taking place during evening or after-business-hours periods. Candidates will be considered for recurring assignments based on experience, availability, service area, and client requirements. Responsibilities Perform routine cleaning and janitorial services at assigned commercial facilities Vacuum carpets and rugs; sweep and mop hard-surface floors Dust and wipe down offices, workspaces, furniture, and other surfaces Clean and disinfect restrooms, fixtures, and high-touch surfaces Clean break rooms, kitchens, and common areas Empty trash and recycling and replace liners Replenish restroom and facility supplies as needed Spot-clean glass, doors, entryways, and other visible surfaces Follow account-specific cleaning checklists and service requirements Maintain a clean, orderly, and professional environment throughout each facility Identify and promptly report maintenance issues, damage, supply needs, or other concerns Complete assigned work within the agreed service window Maintain consistent quality from visit to visit Preferred Qualifications 2+ years of professional commercial cleaning, janitorial, or custodial experience Experience cleaning office buildings, medical offices, professional facilities, or similar commercial environments Strong attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship Dependable, punctual, and consistent Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision Able to follow written procedures, checklists, and client-specific instructions Professional and courteous when working around clients, employees, and visitors Strong communication and responsiveness Reliable transportation to assigned client locations Ability to pass client-required background screening, where applicable Experience managing or servicing recurring commercial accounts is strongly preferred. Contractor Engagement:

This is a contract/1099 opportunity rather than a traditional W-2 employee position. Compensation and service requirements will be established based on the specific client account and scope of work. Contractors must have reliable transportation and be able to meet any account-specific requirements.

$18.00 - $22.00 per hour
