Sweep Cleaning Solutions is a growing home services company dedicated to delivering exceptional service and outstanding results. We are currently hiring experienced cleaning professionals to join our Sweep Cleaning solutions Division as independent contractors. Position Overview We are seeking experienced residential cleaners who take pride in their work and consistently deliver high-quality results. This is a 1099 Independent Contractor position for professionals who already have their own cleaning supplies, equipment, and reliable transportation. Responsibilities Clean residential homes according to company quality standards Perform recurring, deep, and move-in/move-out cleanings Deliver exceptional customer service Arrive on time and maintain professional communication Report completed jobs using your smartphone Requirements Minimum 1 years of professional residential or cleaning experience Must be legally authorized to work in the United States Reliable personal vehicle and valid driver's license Smartphone with internet access Strong attention to detail Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to pass a background check Reliable, punctual, and professional Ability to lift up to 35 pounds and perform physical cleaning tasks Independent Contractor (1099) Requirements This is a 1099 Independent Contractor position. Contractors are responsible for providing their own: Professional cleaning supplies Cleaning equipment and tools Reliable transportation Smartphone Any required licenses and insurance As an independent contractor, you have the flexibility to accept or decline available cleaning opportunities. Preferred Qualifications Experience with deep cleaning Experience with move-in/move-out cleanings Positive references from previous clients or employers
