Job Description
Overview We are seeking a dedicated Landscaping & Exterior Cleaning Technician to join our team. This role involves outdoor work focused on grounds maintenance, landscaping, and exterior cleaning services. The ideal candidate will have experience working outdoors and be comfortable operating landscaping and pressure washing equipment. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about outdoor environments and maintaining beautiful, clean landscapes. Responsibilities Perform grounds maintenance tasks, including mowing, trimming, and edging to ensure well-kept outdoor spaces. Operate landscaping equipment such as blowers, trimmers, and lawnmowers efficiently and safely. Assist with landscaping projects, including planting, mulching, and landscape design support. Conduct exterior cleaning activities, including pressure washing of surfaces such as sidewalks, driveways, building exteriors, and other structures. Maintain equipment in good working condition through routine inspections and proper care. Follow safety procedures at all times to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and team members. Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and to client specifications. Qualifications Prior outdoor work experience is required, preferably in grounds maintenance or landscaping roles. Ability to operate landscaping tools and equipment safely and effectively. Experience with pressure washing or exterior cleaning is preferred. Strong work ethic with attention to detail and a commitment to quality work. Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions. Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions accurately. Physical stamina and mobility to perform manual labor tasks throughout the workday.
