Commercial Cleaner — Unlimited Perfections, LLC We keep commercial and office spaces across Northern Virginia looking their best — and we need reliable professionals to help us do it. Unlimited Perfections is growing and hiring cleaners who take pride in their work, show up consistently, and don't cut corners. If that's you, keep reading. What you'll do Disinfect and sanitize common areas and high-touch points Detailed dusting, scrubbing, and polishing Thorough bathroom cleaning — toilets, sinks, showers, mirrors Floor care — vacuuming, mopping, dust mopping, sweeping, scrubbing Clean and polish furniture, fixtures, and elevators Maintain windows, glass partitions, and mirrors Manage supply and inventory restocking Trash and recycling disposal Requirements Physically able to walk, stand, climb, bend, reach, and stay active throughout your shift Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs Comfortable using hip/backpack vacuums and standard cleaning equipment Consistent availability to work scheduled days and hours Able to understand oral and written instructions Strong customer service skills — you'll be working in occupied spaces What you get Competitive pay Paid time off Flexible scheduling A people-first culture that respects your time and your work You're a good fit if you show up on time, pay attention to detail, take ownership of your work, and are willing to go the extra mile for the client.
