This is a hands-on, outdoor position for someone who is dependable, hardworking, physically active, and willing to learn a skilled trade. No previous exterior cleaning experience is required. We provide paid, hands-on training. Responsibilities Assist Lead Technicians with residential and commercial exterior cleaning projects Learn professional pressure washing and soft washing techniques Clean houses, roofs, windows, gutters, concrete, decks, fences, and other exterior surfaces Help set up and break down equipment at each job site Keep job sites clean, organized, and safe Safely climb ladders and work at heights Follow company safety procedures and operating standards Maintain company vehicles, tools, equipment, and supplies Assist with final quality inspections Communicate professionally with customers and team members Represent Shine Select with a positive attitude and professional appearance Compensation Assistant Technicians earn approximately $750-$1,000 per week based on productivity, performance, reliability, and professional development.
