This is a field-based leadership position for someone who has experience in exterior cleaning or a related trade, takes pride in producing quality work, and is comfortable leading and training other technicians. Responsibilities Lead exterior cleaning projects from start to finish Perform pressure washing, soft washing, roof cleaning, gutter cleaning, window cleaning, and other exterior cleaning services Lead job-site setup, production, cleanup, and final quality inspections Train and supervise Assistant Technicians Conduct customer walkthroughs before and after each job Communicate professionally with customers and address questions or concerns Ensure all work is completed safely and according to company standards Maintain company vehicles, equipment, tools, and supplies Communicate with office staff regarding schedules, job progress, and customer needs Represent Shine Select professionally at every job site Compensation Lead Technicians earn approximately $900-$1,250 per week based on experience, productivity, leadership, and overall performance.
