Duties Perform thorough cleaning of windows on both commercial and residential properties Operate specialized tools such as squeegees, scrubbers, extension poles and pure water systems Follow established safety protocols to prevent accidents and ensure compliance with all safety regulations. Inspect windows before and after cleaning to identify any damages or issues that need attention. Maintain cleanliness of work areas and proper storage of tools and supplies after each job. Communicate professionally with clients to understand their needs and ensure satisfaction with the finished work. Skills Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality results. Ability to work with relatively heavy equitment and small ladders Excellent physical stamina for standing, climbing, lifting, and working in various weather conditions. Good communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members. Basic knowledge of safety procedures related to working at heights and handling cleaning equipment. Ability to follow instructions carefully and work independently or as part of a team.
