Job Description:

Semper Valens Solutions is looking for a Custodian to support our team in Ft. Belvoir, VA.

Responsibilities:

Cleaning offices, kitchens, common areas and restroom Sweep and mop floors, vacuum carpets Ensure spaces are prepared for the next day - Emptying trash cans, dusting, tidying furniture Wash and sanitize toilets, sinks, and showers and restock disposables Wipe mirrors and windows Washing windows Collecting and taking out trash and recycling Dusting all surfaces Waxing floors Changing air filters and cleaning vents Maintain all cleaning equipment Properly handle chemicals Report major damages and oversee repairs Maintaining a thorough inventory, ordering new cleaning supplies as needed Using equipment, commercial vacuums, floor buffers and carpet cleaner Experience developing schedules for maintenance, cleaning, etc

Requirements:

Top Secret with SCI learance Minimum three (3) to five (5) years experience as a custodian
