Duties & Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of the entire restaurant, including the dining room, kitchen, bar area, restrooms, entryways, and other customer and employee spaces to maintain a clean, sanitary, and welcoming environment. Sweep and mop all restaurant floors daily, with special attention to the kitchen, dining area, bar, and high-traffic walkways to ensure cleanliness and safety. Thoroughly clean and sanitize all restrooms each day, including toilets, sinks, mirrors, partitions, fixtures, and floors, completing a full mopping of restroom areas during each shift. Clean and maintain all entryways, vestibules, and lobby areas, ensuring floors are swept, mopped, and free of dirt, debris, and safety hazards. Operate commercial cleaning equipment and tools effectively to complete routine and deep-cleaning tasks. Empty trash receptacles throughout the restaurant, replace liners, and properly dispose of waste and recycling materials. Restock restroom and cleaning supplies as needed and notify management when inventory is low or maintenance issues are identified. Assist with deep cleaning projects, including floor scrubbing, baseboards, kitchen equipment exteriors, and other assigned cleaning tasks. Follow all company safety procedures, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE), chemical handling, and waste disposal. Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free environment for guests and employees while adhering to all restaurant sanitation and health regulations
