Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Cleaning Technician to join our team and help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment across our facilities. In this role, you will be responsible for performing a variety of cleaning and custodial tasks to ensure all areas meet high standards of hygiene and appearance. Your proactive approach and attention to detail will contribute significantly to the overall cleanliness and safety of our workspaces, creating a positive experience for employees, clients, and visitors alike. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of offices, restrooms, hallways, and common areas using appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment Conduct floor care activities such as sweeping, mopping, buffing, and polishing to maintain a pristine surface finish Handle janitorial responsibilities including trash removal, dusting, window cleaning, and restocking supplies Assist with custodial tasks related to industrial or commercial cleaning projects as needed Support facilities maintenance by reporting any repairs or safety hazards identified during cleaning routines Maintain cleanliness standards by following established protocols for sanitation and safety regulations Occasionally assist with residential painting or light maintenance tasks to support overall facility upkeep Skills Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or custodial services with a strong understanding of commercial and industrial cleaning practices Knowledge of floor care techniques including buffing, stripping, sealing, and polishing floors Familiarity with facilities maintenance procedures and basic repair skills Ability to operate cleaning equipment such as floor buffers, vacuums, pressure washers, and carpet cleaners effectively Excellent attention to detail with a proactive attitude toward maintaining cleanliness standards Strong communication skills to coordinate with team members and report issues promptly Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift heavy objects, and perform repetitive tasks throughout shifts Join us as a Cleaning Technician and be part of a dynamic team committed to creating clean, safe environments that foster productivity and well-being.
