Custodial Assistant Supervisor Covering the: Fluvanna, Zions Crossroads, Louisa, Orange, Pantops , and Arlington areas H&R Contractors, Inc. is looking for a dependable, hands-on Custodial Assistant Supervisor to join our team! This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working independently, solving problems, helping people, and staying busy. Our Assistant Supervisors play an important role in keeping our customers happy, supporting our cleaning teams, and making sure our locations are clean, staffed, and operating smoothly. You will have an assigned territory and will work closely with our Area Manager, Operations Managers, supervisors, cleaners, and main office. While you will have primary responsibility for your assigned locations, teamwork is essential . Our Assistant Supervisors cross-train with one another and help cover each other's territories when needed. What You'll Do Manage and support a team of approximately 5-10 cleaning employees Perform regular quality-control checks and inspections at assigned locations Help ensure employees are following H&R's cleaning standards and procedures Cover cleaning assignments when employees call out or staffing needs arise Troubleshoot customer complaints and service issues and work toward solutions Train new employees and assist with ongoing employee training Communicate regularly with the main office regarding staffing, customer concerns, quality issues, and other field matters Monitor inventory and deliver cleaning supplies to job sites as needed Pick up trash and transport it to designated dumpsters Help maintain organized cleaning closets and supplies Assist the Area Manager with field operations and serve as a backup when needed Cross-train with other Assistant Supervisors and provide coverage when needed Work independently in the field while remaining an active part of the H&R team Jump in and help wherever needed to keep our customers and employees supported This Position Is a

Schedule Part-time:
approximately 15-25 hours per week Evening work required Typical shifts are approximately 4-6 hours Monday-Friday schedule available depending on territory Some weekend availability required; rotating weekends may be scheduled This is an in-person, field-based position What H&R Provides Company vehicle for work-related use Company fuel card Company-paid vehicle insurance and maintenance All cleaning supplies and equipment Paid training Bi-weekly pay with direct deposit Starting pay $16-$17 per hour based on experience Performance evaluation with potential pay increase after 90 days Employee referral program Dental insurance Vision insurance AFLAC Paid time off Requirements Valid Virginia driver's license Acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) Reliable transportation to and from work.
