Versaux Home & Commercial Cleaning is seeking dependable, detail-oriented part-time Cleaning Technicians to serve residential and commercial customers throughout Lynchburg and surrounding areas. This position combines regularly scheduled and on-call assignments. Work may include homes, offices, churches, apartment turnovers, move-in/move-out cleanings, and other commercial facilities. Daytime, evening, and occasional weekend availability may be needed.

Responsibilities include:

Cleaning and sanitizing bathrooms, kitchens, offices, and common areas Dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping Emptying trash and replacing liners Cleaning glass, mirrors, countertops, and high-touch surfaces Completing residential, commercial, and turnover-cleaning checklists Using cleaning products and equipment safely Reporting damage, supply needs, or customer concerns Arriving on time and maintaining professional communication Traveling to customer locations throughout the service area

Qualifications:

Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle required Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently Strong attention to detail Ability to follow instructions and cleaning checklists Cleaning experience preferred but not required Ability to pass a background check Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and lift up to 30 pounds Smartphone with reliable phone and text access Professional appearance and respectful attitude

Pay:

$15-$17 per hour, depending on experience Job type: Part-time W-2 employee
