A Janitor or Cleaner provides cleaning and basic maintenance in buildings such as schools, offices, stores, hospitals or hotels. Cleans and polishes floors, removes trash, vacuums carpets, washes windows, cleans bathrooms, stocks building supplies such as light bulbs and paper towels and performs minor repairs as needed. Holds keys for rooms and building entrances and locks or unlocks them as needed.

Residential Cleaning Technician WestWay Services LLC Join the WestWay Services Team! At WestWay Services LLC , we believe a clean home creates peace of mind. We're looking for dependable, detail-oriented Residential Cleaning Technicians who take pride in delivering exceptional service and creating outstanding customer experiences. If you're motivated, reliable, and enjoy transforming homes, we'd love to have you on our team. Responsibilities Perform high-quality residential cleaning services, including: Dusting Vacuuming Sweeping and mopping Kitchen and bathroom sanitization Bedroom and living area cleaning Trash removal General surface cleaning Follow WestWay Services cleaning procedures and quality standards. Complete deep cleans, recurring cleanings, move-in/move-out cleanings, and specialty cleaning services. Take required before-and-after photos of completed work. Safely move light furniture as needed while cleaning. Communicate professionally with customers and office staff. Maintain a positive attitude while delivering outstanding customer service. Properly use cleaning supplies and equipment. Report any damages or safety concerns immediately. Ensure every home meets WestWay Services' quality expectations before leaving. Qualifications Previous residential, commercial, hotel housekeeping, or janitorial cleaning experience preferred (but not required—we will train the right person). Reliable personal transportation. Valid driver's license. Ability to pass a criminal background check. Authorized to work in the United States. Smartphone with internet access for scheduling, communication, and uploading photos. Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and perform physical tasks including bending, kneeling, standing, and reaching throughout the day. Excellent attention to detail. Dependable, punctual, and professional.
