Responsibilities include:

Trash and debris removal Common area cleaning and upkeep Restroom cleaning and supply restocking Light sweeping and spot cleaning Maintaining entryways, walkways, and shared amenities Responding to spills and cleanliness concerns Reporting maintenance or safety issues when observed This position involves working in both indoor and outdoor areas throughout the property. You'll be expected to follow company standards, work independently, and take pride in keeping the community looking its best. Physical Requirements Stand, walk, and remain active for the duration of your shift Lift and carry up to 50 lbs Bend, kneel, squat, reach overhead, and twist throughout the day Push and pull carts, equipment, and supplies Use hands and arms repeatedly for cleaning tasks Climb stairs safely as needed Work around standard cleaning products and equipment (training provided) Be comfortable working both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions This Is a Good Fit If You Show up on time Take pride in your work Pay attention to details Want stability and respect Can work independently Can handle the physical demands of the position This Is Not a Good Fit If You Cut corners Miss shifts Need constant supervision Want to do the bare minimum .
