Responsibilities Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and trash removal across all designated areas Handle chemical agents safely while using cleaning supplies and equipment, adhering strictly to safety protocols and handling safety procedures Operate cleaning machinery such as floor buffers, scrubbers, and carpet cleaners to maintain floors in pristine condition Conduct sanitation of restrooms, kitchens, and common areas to meet health standards and ensure a hygienic environment Assist with custodial tasks related to facilities maintenance, including minor repairs or reporting larger issues for prompt resolution Follow safe lifting practices when handling heavy cleaning equipment or bulk supplies to prevent injuries Maintain detailed logs of cleaning activities and supply inventories to ensure operational efficiency Skills Proven experience in commercial or industrial cleaning environments with a solid understanding of janitorial procedures Skilled in the use of various cleaning equipment such as floor buffers, vacuums, and scrubbers Knowledge of chemical handling safety procedures and proper use of cleaning agents Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while maintaining proper posture and technique Excellent customer service skills to interact professionally with staff and visitors when needed Familiarity with custodial maintenance tasks including sanitation standards and facilities upkeep Strong adherence to safety protocols and safety protocol adherence in all tasks Join us in creating clean, safe, and welcoming environments!
