Previous experience is preferred. Having your own working vehicle is a requirement. Having verifiable references is a requirement. All offers of employment depend on the results of a federal background check. Once chosen, there is a 90 day probation period leading to significant raises and bonuses. All areas of the application MUST be completed to be considered. Responsibilities will be as follows... Clean designated building areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, restroom cleaning etc). Perform routine paper product refilling. Carry out heavy cleansing tasks. Notify WOTC management of ongoing deficiencies or needs. Cooperate with the rest of the staff. Follow checklist and all health and safety regulations. Skills Proven working experience in this field. Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies. Familiarity with following instructions. Integrity and ability to work with a team or independently. Previous Carpet cleaning, powerwashing or floor experience is helpful. High school diploma.
