If you take ownership, communicate clearly, and care deeply about your work, we want to meet you Duties Execute Cleaning Service Schedules according to client specifications Follow company standards established during training Perform detailed floor care (vacuuming, mopping) Conduct self-inspection before clocking out Accept feedback professionally and implement corrections immediately Maintain strong communication with management Represent Capital City Cleaning LLC with professionalism What We're Looking For This is for someone who: Has exceptional attention to detail MUST be available weekday evenings Takes personal pride in delivering excellent work Is dependable Has strong communication skills Can work independently without supervision Is physically capable of consistent cleaning tasks Has a valid driver's license and their own reliable transportation We are not looking for "just a cleaner."
